1. Use Brizzy safely

Always practice in a safe, comfortable environment and at your own pace.

Do not use Brizzy while:

  • driving or riding a vehicle;

  • operating machinery;
  • at heights;
  • near heat sources or in any situation where dizziness or loss of focus could create risk.

Some breathing techniques, including breath holds or more intensive breathing patterns, may not be suitable for everyone.

Stop immediately if you feel:

  • dizziness;
  • faintness;
  • chest pain;
  • unusual shortness of breath;
  • rising panic or distress;
  • strong discomfort or any concerning symptoms.

If you feel unwell, return to normal breathing and seek medical advice where appropriate.
